Using the FoodView

Use this dropdown to switch between the main views

2 Tap on the date to popup the date chooser.

Tap on a nutrient column header to choose the nutrient shown. Tap and drag the column dividers to resize the columns.

4 Tap on a meal line to enter a new log entry for that meal.

Tap on the status bar to popup the nutrient summary. Select the nutrient to show in the status bar.

Values between 100% and 110% of goal are shown in orange, values above 110% are shown in red.

6 Tap on the 'Add' button to log food intake.

Use this column to multi-select lines to cut, copy, delete or use to create new foods or menus. Tap to toggle the selection status, tapping a meal line toggles all lines for that meal.

After selecting the required lines use a menu option to perform the operation.

8 Tap on the +/- icons to expand/collapse the meal lines. Use the +/- in the header to expand/collapse all meals.
