Once extracted install all the .pdb and .prc files onto your Palm device using the Palm Desktop Installation Utility. Please note that all the database files (those ending with .pdb) must be installed to device main memory (if you install to memory card the program will run but not show any food/exercises data).

To upgrade from 1.0 or 1.1 simply download DietOrganizerMobile120.zip, unzip and install the .prc file onto your Palm device (this will overwrite the existing program file on your Palm).
