1) Select the Web Browser from the phone menus. Then select 'Options' using the left button.

2) From the 'Options' menu choose the 'Other Options' item.

3) From the 'Other Options' menu choose the 'Go to Address' item

4) Enter http://www.dietorganizer.com/phone.html as the address to browse to, then press OK.

6) This message is then shown, press Yes.

5) The DietOrganizer download page is displayed. Press Select (when the Download (120Kb) link is highlighted) to start downloading the application.

7) The details of the application to download are shown, press Accept

8) The application is downloaded to your phone, this should take about 1 minute.

9) Once the download is complete this screen is shown, press Yes to launch the application now.

10) The trial splash screen is shown. Press Trial to start your 5 day trial.
